Course Duration: Refunds will not be granted for courses that have been completed for more than 2 days.
Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevent access to the course content and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered.
Misrepresentation: If the course description or content significantly differs from what was advertised, a refund may be granted.
Health or Family Emergencies: In cases of documented health or family emergencies that prevent course completion, a partial refund may be considered.
Refund Process

Documentation: Supporting documentation, such as medical certificates or proof of technical issues, may be required.

Decision: The decision to grant or deny a refund will be communicated to the customer within 3 days of the request submission.
Refund Amount
If a refund is granted, the amount refunded will be the original purchase price, minus any applicable fees or taxes.
No Refund for Promotional Offers
Refunds will not be granted for courses purchased using promotional codes or discounts.
